CSIRO is seeking a Project Management Office Coordinator to strengthen governance, assurance and project controls across our capital works portfolio. You will collaborate with project managers and executives to ensure projects align with regulatory requirements and organisational objectives.

You will provide expert governance and risk advice, coordinate assurance activities, and help plan and deliver complex infrastructure programs with strong oversight and accountability.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with relevant discipline and experience in capital works governance, assurance and program delivery.
• Demonstrated expertise in applying project controls (cost, schedule and risk management) with governance and assurance frameworks.
• Experience using project management tools, systems and strategies for capital works programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead governance and assurance frameworks, processes and reporting for capital works programs.
• Monitor performance, risk, compliance, cost and schedule indicators to identify issues and support decisions.
• Coordinate internal audits, health checks, assurance reviews and gateway assessments.
• Manage external gateway reviews and engagement of specialist consultants.
• Develop tools, templates and systems that support project planning, governance and delivery.
• Provide evidence-based reports to senior leaders and executives.
• Identify delivery risks and dependencies to support program planning and improvement.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen project delivery capability.
