Job summary

Contour Education in Melbourne is seeking a Campus Leader to own the student experience, drive daily operations, and coach the service team on-site, every day and across weeknights and weekends when classes run. You will oversee opening/closing, class readiness, attendance, inventory, and front-line support, while strengthening tutor relationships and ensuring smooth, standards-driven delivery.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service leadership experience (education, operations, retail, hospitality).
• On-campus leadership and team development skills.
• Willingness to be on-site full-time across weeknights and weekends when classes run.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own campus operations including opening/closing, class readiness, and attendance.
• Lead and develop the service team to high-performance levels.
• Represent the campus within Contour and uphold brand standards.
• Manage crises and student experiences to protect the quality of service.
• Oversee walk-in and student support with empathy.
• Drive trial experiences and conversions.
