Job summary

Contour Education is seeking an Assistant Campus Leader for our Melbourne CBD campus. You will lead shifts, ensure safety checks, and support Campus Leaders by handling rosters and class issues in real time.

You'll be the first point of contact for CECs, students, and families during busy periods, fixing issues live and upholding Contour's high standard. This role offers growth toward Campus Leader and long-term campus ownership.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role (education, retail, hospitality or similar).
• Calm under pressure with good judgement on what to handle vs. escalate.
• Clear, warm communication with students, parents, tutors and teammates.
• Eye for detail to notice missing class packs or roster issues.
• Comfort solving roster and room problems on the spot.
• Confident to support and direct a team on shift without formal reports.
• Availability across weeknights and weekends when classes run.
• Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one.
• Genuine care for students and families.
• Ambition to step into a Campus Leader role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the campus during your shift and keep it running to Contour standard.
• Conduct safety checks every shift and act on anything needing immediate attention.
• Be the first point of contact for CECs on shift and reinforce coaching.
• Handle walk-ins, trials, reschedules and everyday parent/student interactions.
• Fix in-shift class and roster issues as they happen and prep materials.
• Keep the campus clean, organized and class-ready.
