Job summary

Contour is seeking a full-time Campus Leader for our upcoming Epping NSW campus. You will own the campus experience, lead the service team, and safeguard operations to deliver an elite student, parent, and tutor experience.

As Campus Leader, you will champion Contour standards, drive continuous improvement, and ensure every touchpoint reflects excellence. You will be on-site full-time, with flexibility for evenings and weekends when classes run.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service leadership experience in education, operations, retail, or hospitality.
• Ability to lead and develop a campus service team with a focus on student experience.
• Willingness to be on-site full-time and engage with students, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Campus Ownership: ensure campus safety, organisation and elite experience daily.
• Team Leadership: coach and develop the service team to high performance.
• Campus Representation: uphold Contour brand standards and address issues promptly.
• Operations: manage core campus processes with flawless execution.
