Contour Education invites a Campus Leader to own and elevate the Contour Campus experience at the upcoming Epping NSW campus. You will lead the service team, maintain safe and organized operations, and drive continuous improvement to meet Contour standards.

You will oversee the student and parent journey, supervise walk-ins, trials, and classroom readiness, and ensure excellence in tutor support and campus processes. Join a growth‑driven, student‑first environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or campus leadership experience.
• Willingness to be onsite full-time and supervise campus operations.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Own campus operations and ensure elite student, parent and tutor experience.
• Lead, coach and develop the service team for high performance.
• Represent the campus within Contour and uphold brand standards.
