Contour Education invites applications for a full-time Campus Leader at our upcoming Epping NSW campus. You will take full ownership of campus operations, lead a service-focused team, and champion Contour standards to deliver an exceptional student and parent experience.

You will drive continuous improvement, safeguard operational discipline, and create an environment where students thrive and tutors excel.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a frontline or campus setting.
• Proven ability to lead teams to deliver exceptional student and parent experiences.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Own campus operations and safety, ensuring elite-experience readiness daily.
• Lead, coach, and develop the campus service team.
• Represent the campus within Contour and uphold brand standards.
• Manage crises and issues to protect student experience.
