Job summary

Contour seeks a full-time Campus (Store) Leader for Bentleigh campus to own campus operations and deliver an elite student, parent, and tutor experience. You will lead the campus experience team, safeguard discipline, and drive continuous improvement to embody The Contour Standard.

As Campus Leader, you will champion operational excellence, tutor enablement, and student-centred service, coordinating across programs to ensure seamless support and a thriving campus environment.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service leadership experience in education, operations, or retail.
• Strong team development and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication with students, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Own the campus operations and experience daily.
• Lead, coach and develop the service team.
• Uphold Contour brand standards and campus safety.
• Resolve disruption quickly to protect the student experience.
• Oversee class readiness, attendance, inventory and student support.
