Contour Education is seeking a Campus Leader in Brisbane to own daily campus operations, ensure safety, coach a service team, and deliver an elite student experience. You will oversee walk-ins, tutor enablement, and campus standards with accountability to senior leaders.

You will collaborate across departments, drive continuous improvement, and maintain a high-energy, student-first campus culture.

Qualificações

• Relevant experience in customer service leadership (education, operations, retail, hospitality etc.)
• Proven team leadership and coaching ability
• On-campus presence and availability across evenings/weekends when classes run
• Clear, empathetic communication with students, families and staff
• Operational discipline to maintain standards and processes
• Problem solving and calm decision-making
• Continuous improvement mindset with data-informed decisions
• Energetic presence and positive leadership on campus
• Accountability for outcomes and campus excellence
• Long-term commitment to grow with the team and brand

Responsabilidades

• Own campus safety, organization, and elite-experience readiness daily
• Lead, coach, and develop the service team into high-performers
• Represent the campus within Contour and uphold brand standards
• Manage crises and issues to protect student experience
• Oversee core campus processes (opening/closing, class readiness, attendance, inventory, communications)
• Build strong tutor relationships and ensure resources and tech are prepared
• Guard the full student and parent journey from first trial to ongoing classes
• Identify workflow gaps and embed solutions to lift efficiency and experience
• Audit operations and touchpoints to ensure adherence to Contour standards
