Job summary

Top Education Group Ltd is seeking an IT Support specialist for our Sydney Campus to keep classroom technology, campus systems and online learning platforms running smoothly. You will work with the IT team on day-to-day support requests, equipment setup, account management and Moodle administration.

As the friendly first contact for students and staff, you will provide face-to-face help at the IT desk and around campus, deliver Moodle training, and support Microsoft 365, Outlook and Teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in frontline IT support for students and staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Discretion and confidentiality when handling student data.
• Interest in education technology and user-centered support.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT support requests and resolve routine login, software, network issues.
• Provide face-to-face help-desk support on campus.
• Deliver Moodle training and user guides for students.
• Create/maintain Moodle courses and enrollments.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps and account management.
• Configure and support campus devices, printers, and presentation systems.
• Conduct remote support sessions via Zoom.
• Assist with device setup including Windows 11 and MS 365.
