Northern Beaches Council is seeking a Business Systems and Administration Officer to provide technical support to two Aquatic Centres and to deliver general administrative and operational support to WAC Management and the Service Unit.
Key duties include coordinating and optimising aquatic centre business systems, training staff, maintaining data integrity, and overseeing financial and records processes to ensure efficient, compliant operations and excellent customer service.

As the Business Systems and Administration Officer you will provide technical support to the two Aquatic Centres, additionally the role is responsible for the provision of general administrative and operational support to the WAC Management and the teams within the Service Unit.
You will bring strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with staff and stakeholders across multiple aquatic centre sites. You will also demonstrate a proven commitment to continuous improvement, with a passion for delivering positive customer outcomes.
