Job summary

Northern Beaches Council is seeking a dynamic Coordinator, Aquatic Programs on a fixed-term basis to lead the swim school and aquatic programs, and guide service delivery as a new customer and membership system is implemented.

We offer a supportive team, strong focus on customer experience, and opportunities to develop programs across Learn to Swim and community recreation services, with a dedicated leadership role in a growing aquatic portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow aquatic and recreation programs, driving participation across Learn to Swim, Schools, Recreation Programs and Crèche services.
• Inspire and manage high-performing teams, fostering a positive culture that delivers exceptional customer experiences and quality programs.
• Oversee budgets, planning and compliance, ensuring financial performance, regulatory adherence and continuous service improvement, as the service implements a new member management system.

Title: Coordinator, Aquatic Programs,Temporary (7 month) - Full-time Role, 35hours per week

Salary Range: $115927.66 to $134726.96 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)
