Job summary

Northern Beaches Council seeks a Business Systems Support Officer to deliver technical and administrative support across two aquatic centres and the WAC Management team. The role focuses on streamlining business systems, data accuracy and service delivery for customers.

You will coordinate system improvements, provide training on applications, and maintain data integrity across databases and website content while supporting financial and governance processes.

Qualifications

• Experience providing technical and administrative support in a multi-site environment.
• Strong data management and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to train staff on business applications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder liaison abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the two Aquatic Centres and administrative support to the WAC Management.
• Coordinate and optimise aquatic centre business systems to support operations and data management.
• Provide specialist systems expertise, training and support to staff.
• Maintain the integrity of business systems, databases, website content and operational information.
• Coordinate financial and administrative processes including reconciliations, purchasing, accounts administration, compliance and record management.
