Gough Recruitment AU invites an energetic Real Estate Business Development Manager to join our Central Coast team. You will leverage hot leads and an established database to secure 15–20+ new managements monthly, while building relationships with landlords, investors and local businesses.

Autonomy and strong support enable you to grow your personal income and carry out proactive business development. You will partner with a high-performing Property Management team and benefit from ongoing

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in Real Estate BDM, PM or Sales Agent.
• Hunter mentality with a competitive edge.
• Strong negotiation, communication and closing skills.
• Confidence prospecting and generating your own business.
• Strong network and ability to build lasting relationships.

Responsabilités

• Secure 15-20+ new managements per month.
• Conduct rental appraisals and convert opportunities.
• Prospect via referrals, networking, database mining and cold calling.
• Build relationships with landlords and investors.
• Manage pipeline and relentlessly follow up opportunities.
• Generate own leads and capitalise on warm opportunities.
• Represent the brand in the Newcastle market.
• Collaborate with PM team for exceptional client experience.
• Hit and exceed monthly growth targets.

• Consistently securing 15-20+ new managements per month
• Conducting rental appraisals and converting opportunities
• Prospecting through referrals, networking, database mining and cold calling
• Building strong relationships with landlords, investors and local businesses

• Generating your own leads while capitalising on warm opportunities
• Representing the brand within the Newcastle market
• Working closely with the Property Management team to deliver an exceptional client experience

WE WANT THE BEST

• 2+ years' experience as a Real Estate BDM, PM or Sales Agent
• A proven track record of consistently securing 15-20+ managements per month
• A genuine hunter mentality and competitive edge
• Strong negotiation, communication and closing skills
• Confidence prospecting and generating your own business
• A strong network and ability to build lasting relationships
• Current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
