Job summary

Gough Recruitment is seeking a driven Business Development Manager in NSW to secure 15–20+ new managements monthly and convert rental opportunities. You will prospect through referrals, networking and cold calls while building lasting landlord and investor relationships.

With an established brand and a high-performing PM team, you will receive ongoing training, mentorship and clear career progression. A real estate licence and a valid driver’s licence are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Real Estate BD, PM or Sales
• Proven track record of securing 15–20+ managements per month
• Current real estate registration or Class 2 licence required
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Responsibilities

• Secure 15–20+ new managements per month
• Perform rental appraisals and convert opportunities
• Prospect via referrals, networking, database mining and cold calling
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, investors and local businesses
• Manage pipeline and follow up opportunities relentlessly
• Generate own leads while leveraging warm opportunities
• Represent the brand in the Newcastle market
• Collaborate with Property Management team to ensure excellent client experience
• Meet and exceed monthly growth targets
