Job summary

Gough Recruitment is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join our growing residential property team in Queensland. You will generate new managements, build strong client relationships and drive portfolio growth across a premium residential portfolio, working with an experienced leadership team.

You will prospect, conduct appraisals and presentations, convert leads to long-term management clients, and support seamless handovers with the Property Management team.

Qualifications

• Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence.
• Experience in Business Development, Leasing or Property Management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, driven and target-focused.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Generate new managements through prospecting and referrals.
• Conduct rental appraisals and listing presentations.
• Build and maintain strong investor relationships.
• Convert leads into long-term management clients.
• Attend business development appointments.
• Manage the onboarding of new properties.
• Work closely with the Property Management team to ensure seamless handovers.
• Contribute to portfolio growth and business success.
