Job summary

Co. Recruit on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new managements and grow the rent roll. You will prospect an existing database, network actively and convert leads into results within a boutique prestige agency.

With a strong referral flow from the sales team and independence to build your own pipeline, this role offers up to $100k plus super and a lucrative commission structure for high performers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager within real estate.
• Ideally achieving 10 to 20 new managements per month.
• Current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence.
• Confident prospecting, networking and converting leads into business.
• A natural relationship builder who thrives on meeting people and creating opportunities.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record of winning new managements, who is confident prospecting, building relationships and converting leads into results.

With an existing database to work through, referrals coming from the sales team and the opportunity to build your own pipeline, this is a great role for a high performing BDM looking for strong earning potential and the chance to make the role their own.

The Role

This is a genuine business development position where you will have the opportunity to build your pipeline, grow the rent roll and establish yourself as a key part of the business.

You will be prospecting an existing database, developing your own network and capitalising on a strong flow of referrals from the sales team.

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager within real estate, with a track record of consistently winning new managements
• Ideally achieving 10 to 20 new managements per month
• Current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence
• Confident prospecting, networking and converting leads into business
• A natural relationship builder who thrives on meeting people and creating opportunities
• Driven, energetic, bubbly and well presented, with a positive approach to work
• Someone who enjoys being accountable for their results and wants to build something they can be proud of
