Job summary

Gough Recruitment is seeking a Real Estate BDM on the Gold Coast to generate leads, convert prospects, and grow the agency's landlord portfolio. You will build referral networks, conduct rental appraisals, and represent the company at events.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in real estate BDM, a QLD certificate, and strong communication skills to thrive in a flexible, growth-focused role with hybrid or remote work options.

• Current QLD Certificate of Registration is required.
• Proven experience in real estate business development.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
