WOW Recruitment partners with a leading business to appoint a Business Development Manager to drive growth across its Industrial Sales division. You will manage the full sales cycle, prospecting, building relationships, negotiating, and closing deals with clients in the heavy equipment and industrial sectors.

In this role, you’ll identify opportunities, nurture a robust pipeline, and deliver tailored asset disposal solutions across earthmoving, mining, transport, and construction machinery.

• Excel at presenting proposals and negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new business opportunities
• Build and manage a pipeline of new, warm, and dormant accounts
• Develop opportunities through market research and industry networking
• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Forecast sales activity and report against targets and KPIs
• Leverage an industry network across mining, earthmoving, transport, construction, or engineering
• Possibly sell heavy equipment, machinery, auctions, or related services
• Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills
