Job summary

GHE Lifting is seeking a Business Development Manager (Industrial Equipment) to own the service sales pipeline, win service rectification work, and grow the existing client base. You will engage senior leaders and turn inbound leads into new business, closing deals based on value.

This role offers a base of AUD 100k–120k plus super, plus OTE AUD 160k–200k, with uncapped commissions, a company car and a clear path to leadership as the service and project sales division grows.

Qualifications

• Has sold service contracts or technical products to industrial businesses.
• Demonstrates hunger, humility and smarts.
• Can justify higher price than competitors.
• Understands activity metrics and revenue driving actions.
• Takes feedback and acts on it.
• Holds a current driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Own the service sales pipeline from first call to signed contract.
• Win Service Rectification work.
• Develop the existing client base and convert inbound leads to new business.
• Build relationships with MDs, GMs and business owners.
• Prepare proposals and close deals based on value.
• Maintain high activity levels by phone and face to face.
• Grow existing accounts and identify opportunities for new equipment.
