Job summary

WOW Recruitment is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across its Industrial Sales division in the Riverina region of Australia.

In this role you will identify and win new business, manage a pipeline of accounts, develop opportunities through market research, build strong client relationships, and close deals while delivering exceptional service and meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development and closing high-value deals.
• An industry network across mining, earthmoving, transport, construction, or engineering.
• Experience selling heavy equipment, machinery, auctions, or related services is preferred.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new business opportunities
• Build and manage a pipeline of new, warm, and dormant accounts
• Develop opportunities through market research and industry networking
• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
