Job summary

Institute of Managers and Leaders (IML) is seeking a Client Services Advisor in Brisbane CBD to drive outbound sales and account management for leadership development solutions. You will engage with HR and L&D professionals, uncover opportunities, and promote our range of management programs to corporate members.

You will manage a CRM, build client relationships and map development needs, while thriving in a fast-paced sales environment with commission incentives and training support.

Qualifications

• Experience dealing with HR & Learning & Development professionals.
• Experience in Education or Learning and Development industries is highly regarded.
• Proactive, curious and willing to put in the work.
• Strong sales performance history and solution selling skills.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM and excellent time management.

Responsibilities

• Making 40-60 outbound calls daily to new and existing clients.
• Building relationships, mapping L&D requirements and recommending solutions.
• Managing CRM pipeline and staying organised.
• Creating long-lasting relationships with corporate members and ongoing support.
