You’ll manage inbound and outbound calls, connect with prospective learners, and help them choose coaching education programs that align with their goals. A strong, hands-on leadership style is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading sales teams and coaching professionals.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls and convert leads.
• Strong relationship-building and communication abilities.
• Comfort using CRM to track leads and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front and actively manage inbound/outbound sales calls.
