Australian Institute of Management (AIM) in Brisbane is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our Future Skills Sales team. You will connect with prospective students and corporate clients, understand their goals, and propose AIM education solutions to help individuals grow their careers.

Based in our Brisbane CBD office, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment with coaching, support and uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in outbound telesales or high-volume sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport and influence decisions.
• Consultative approach to understand customer needs and propose solutions.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
• Resilience, self-motivation and positivity.
• Organisational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
• Education/training industry experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales journey from first conversation through enrolment.
• Connect with prospective customers via inbound and outbound calls.
• Understand customer needs and map to AIM’s education solutions.
• Recommend the right short courses and qualifications from AIM’s portfolio.
• Convert opportunities into enrolments through consultative selling and follow-up.
• Manage your sales pipeline in the CRM and maintain momentum.
• Aim to achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering a professional experience.
• Build product knowledge to clearly communicate AIM’s value.
