Job summary

Woodforde Group is partnering with a well-established international organisation seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to support the ongoing growth of its workforce and leadership population. As the local L&D specialist in Brisbane, you will partner with leaders to identify development priorities, design and facilitate programs, and drive measurement and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, Capability, Talent or Organisational Development
• Strong facilitation and program design experience
• Exposure to leadership development initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Experience identifying capability gaps and implementing learning solutions
• The ability to work autonomously while building relationships across the business
• A genuine passion for learning, leadership and capability development

Responsibilities

• Driving leadership and capability development initiatives across ANZ
• Designing and facilitating engaging learning programs and workshops
• Partnering with leaders to identify development opportunities
• Supporting coaching, mentoring and career development initiatives
• Managing L&D programs from design through to evaluation
• Measuring learning outcomes and driving continuous improvement
• Collaborating with global stakeholders on broader development initiatives
