Qualifications

• Experience as HR Advisor or generalist HR role.
• Solid understanding of Australian employment legislation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to balance day-to-day HR with broader people initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide generalist HR advice to managers and employees.
• Manage employee relations, including performance management, grievances and disciplinary processes.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle activities.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and employment legislation.
• Assist with the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
• Support employee engagement, retention and workplace culture initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR records, documentation and reporting.
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
