Job summary

Confidential is seeking an HR Advisor for a well-established business in Western Sydney. You will report to the HR Manager, joining a close-knit team to support a large operational workforce in a true generalist capacity—covering recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, performance management and day-to-day support for leaders and employees.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a HR Advisor or HR Generalist role.
• Solid understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Confident building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience within manufacturing, logistics, FMCG or a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing recruitment across a range of positions
• Supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle activities
• Providing advice to managers on people matters
• Assisting with employee relations and performance issues
• Supporting payroll and HR administration processes
