Job summary

Resourceful Recruitment is seeking an HR Advisor to own end-to-end recruitment and provide generalist HR support in Brisbane. You will partner with leaders to attract top talent and advise on workforce planning and people matters.

Reporting to the Regional HR Manager, the role blends hands-on recruitment with employee relations, HR projects and process improvements to enhance the candidate experience and employer brand.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience in an HR advisory or generalist HR role.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and HR practices.
• Experience using HRIS and recruitment systems.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Confident assessing candidates and advising hiring managers on selection decisions.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to leaders on hiring strategies and workforce planning.
• Develop sourcing and recruitment strategies and build pipelines for roles.
• Source, screen, assess and shortlist candidates; coordinate interviews.
• Complete reference checks and pre-employment screening; prepare offers and negotiate.
• Coordinate onboarding for new employees and managers.
• Build and promote the employer brand through social media and events.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards and education providers.
• Champion diversity, equity and inclusion throughout hiring.
• Analyse recruitment metrics and lead improvements to processes.
