Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior HR Advisor or HRBP or equivalent
• Strong employee relations and case management expertise
• Solid knowledge of Australian employment legislation
• Ability to work autonomously and partner with leaders

Responsibilities

• Providing expert advice to managers on employee relations, performance and workplace matters
• Managing investigations, grievances and complex case management
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning activities
• Reviewing and improving HR policies, procedures and compliance frameworks
• Coaching leaders to build capability and drive high-performance teams
• Maintaining HR reporting and workforce data
• Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
