Job summary

Advisory Partner connects with Australian business owners and farming families, delivering a range of advisory services across Queensland, NSW and ACT. The firm is expanding and seeks an HR professional to own the people function while working two days per week from Brisbane CBD.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an HR coordinator, officer or generalist role.
• Solid knowledge of Fair Work, the NES and modern awards.
• Confident writing policies and procedures, and running inductions.

Responsibilities

• Run recruitment end to end – ads, screening, interviews, references, offers and contracts.
• Design and deliver the induction program so every new starter gets a great start.
• Write and maintain clear, practical HR policies and procedures.
• Keep probation and review cycles on track.
• Keep staff records and HR templates accurate and current.
• Be the first point of contact for staff HR questions.
• Run exit interviews and help understand what keeps great people here.
• Prepare pay runs in Employment Hero with a clear approval process.
• Produce a simple monthly HR report for leadership.
