Responsabilités

• Provide desktop support to a range of users, including executives.
• Set up, configure, maintain and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobiles and peripherals.
• Support users face-to-face, by phone and via remote tools.
• Record and manage assets, incidents, service requests and work orders.
• Follow health and safety requirements and complete tasks within SLAs.
