Job summary

Questas Group is expanding its IT support team and seeking an IT Support Engineer to cover Perth or Brisbane, visiting branches regularly. You will resolve Level 2 incidents, on-site issues, and ensure devices and networks stay secure and well‑managed across multiple sites.

You’ll also partner with branch managers to feedback IT needs to the central team, helping drive improvements in security, device management, and service delivery while supporting the wider IT ecosystem.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ IT support experience, including Level 2 or desktop/field support.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 administration and Entra ID/AD.
• Experience deploying and managing devices with Intune or similar MDM.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated Level 2 incidents and service requests in Jira Service Management.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues onsite and remotely.
• Build, deploy and maintain Windows devices using Intune/Autopilot; monitor with NinjaOne.
