Job summary
Wipro-Brisbane-Uniting Care in Brisbane, Australia is seeking an IT Support Technician to manage multiple PC operating systems, perform hardware/software installations, and support deployment tools like SCCM.
You will troubleshoot Windows, Apple, and virtual environments, provide printer and MS Office support, and handle device testing and go-live processes in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- At least two of the following certifications or equivalent credentials.
- Certifications cover PC hardware, operating systems and office productivity.
- Demonstrated ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops and laptops.
Responsibilities
- Handle different PC operating systems and hardware/software installation.
- Perform device setup, testing and go-live support.
- Provide printer and MS Office installation/troubleshooting support.
- Troubleshoot Windows, Apple and virtual environments.
- Unbox devices and manage DOA processes when needed.
- Collect device information (MAC, model, serial number).
- Connect devices to warehouse network and verify performance.
