Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Territory Development Manager for the Brisbane Metro area to drive distributor and store sales, build relationships with customers and end users, and promote our tools through live demonstrations and training sessions.

The role is field-based with regional travel, servicing the Brisbane metro region. You will manage product knowledge, plan activities in Salesforce, and contribute to growth across power tools, hand tools and outdoor equipment.

Qualifications

Previous customer engagement experience with a passion for selling and business development.
Strong planning skills and the ability to work in an autonomous environment.
Willingness to travel within the Brisbane metro region and occasional regional travel.

Responsibilities

Developing and driving distributor/store sales performance.
Building customer relationships and growing market share across the Brisbane metro region.
Promoting products through demonstrations and instructing end users in their use.
Engaging with end users in key sectors to promote products and identify needs.
Planning weekly and completing daily tasks in Salesforce, ensuring calendars are up to date.
