Job summary

Single Origin Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking a proactive Sales, Training and Accounts Manager to drive growth across QLD and northern NSW. You’ll lead partner development, deliver in-venue trainings, and manage key cafe relationships, reporting to the State Sales Manager.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality or specialty coffee sales experience, strong brewing knowledge, and a knack for connecting with people. A driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or account management in specialty coffee or hospitality.
• Strong technical and brewing knowledge, hands-on with the tools.
• Ability to connect with people and spot new opportunities.
• Solid Brisbane hospo network; confident running trainings and cuppings.
• Driver's license and willingness to travel regionally and to Sydney HQ when required.

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales Growth: Build partner base, grow territories, prepare pitches and deals.
• Training & Onboarding: Deliver blend tastings, in-venue coffee trainings and venue launches.
• Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships through regular site visits.
• Brand Representation: Promote Single O across QLD and northern NSW on installs and cuppings.
• Tech & Gear: Coordinate with tech team on installs and basic troubleshooting.
