Job summary

Single Origin Pty Ltd is seeking a Sales Representative to join our Brisbane team. This full-time, on-site role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with wholesale and retail customers, including cafes and restaurants in the local coffee community.

You will prospect, onboard accounts, present products, and provide ongoing support to ensure satisfaction and retention. Regular site visits, order management, and collaboration with internal teams on promotions, pricing and inventory

Qualifications

• Customer relationship skills to build trust with wholesale and retail partners.
• Sales and negotiation abilities with a track record of meeting targets.
• Knowledge of specialty coffee and origin information is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Excellent organization to manage multiple accounts and visits.
• Comfort working on-site across Brisbane and surrounding areas.
• Experience in coffee, food & beverage or hospitality sales is beneficial.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as required.
• Familiarity with CRM, spreadsheets and email for sales tracking.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and onboard new wholesale and retail accounts in Brisbane and nearby.
• Present Single O’s products and services and support customers to drive retention.
• Conduct regular site visits and manage orders and promotions.
• Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, promotions and inventory planning.
• Track sales performance and report market feedback.
• Represent Single O at tastings, events and trainings.
