Qualifications

• Previous experience in the coffee industry is essential.
• Experience in account management, wholesale sales, or business development is highly regarded.
• Holds a current driver’s licence (essential).

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing relationships with existing wholesale coffee partners.
• Onboarding new wholesale accounts and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Identifying new business opportunities and supporting the growth of the wholesale network.
• Conducting regular customer visits, coffee tastings, and product presentations.
• Providing knowledgeable advice and support on coffee products, equipment, and café operations.
• Working alongside the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Acting as a trusted point of contact for wholesale partners and an ambassador for the brand.
