Job summary

Custom Fluidpower, part of the Questas Group, is seeking a Branch Support Coordinator in Brisbane's Banyo area to keep the branch organised, safe and running smoothly. You’ll coordinate building maintenance, liaise with suppliers and contractors, and support health and safety administration while assisting across sales, workshop and dispatch teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in branch administration or office coordination.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience coordinating suppliers, contractors, maintenance activities or general office requirements.
• Confidence communicating with customers, tradespeople, suppliers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduled building maintenance, servicing, repairs and facilities requirements.
• Liaise with contractors, tradespeople and suppliers to arrange maintenance work and follow up tasks.
• Support workplace health and safety administration, including maintaining records and documentation.
• Greet visitors, respond to enquiries and provide front-counter support.
• Manage office supplies, purchasing and general office requirements; raise purchase orders and process invoices.
