Hitachi Construction Machinery – Revesby NSW is seeking a Branch Administrator to join our team in Revesby on a full-time basis. You will be the first point of contact for customers, contractors and visitors and provide essential admin support across the branch.

Reporting to the Admin Manager, the role offers a varied, fast-paced environment with opportunities for learning and development in a globally recognised OEM.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Intermediate Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Dynamics 365 experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Reception duties, including visitors, calls and enquiries.
• General administrative support across the branch.
• Coordinating meeting rooms, facilities, and branch activities.
• Maintaining training records, inductions and compliance docs.
• Assisting with WHS reporting, audits and monthly reports.
• Managing site maintenance bookings and supplies orders.
• Supporting accounts payable and vendor setup.
• Maintaining customer site induction records for field staff.
• Contributing to various branch administration projects.
