Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, account management or product support.
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in construction/earthmoving machinery.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with a structured territory and customer base.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Manage an assigned customer portfolio and call cycle across territory.
• Identify opportunities to increase parts and service sales.
• Conduct machinery inspections and provide health recommendations.
• Prepare and follow up parts and service quotations.
• Promote service agreements, preventive maintenance and aftermarket support.
• Support customers with equipment deliveries and aftersales care.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure outstanding customer service.
• Maintain accurate customer records and opportunities in CRM.

The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, our Revesby Branch is seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you'll build strong customer relationships, provide proactive support, and help maximise equipment performance while identifying opportunities to grow parts and service sales across your territory.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships


• Managing an assigned customer portfolio and call cycle across your territory


• Identifying opportunities to increase parts and service sales


• Conducting machine inspections and providing customers with equipment health recommendations


• Preparing and following up parts and service quotations


• Promoting service agreements, preventative maintenance and aftermarket support solutions
