Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia – Revesby NSW is seeking a Customer Support Representative to build strong customer relationships, deliver proactive support and maximise equipment performance across a defined territory.

You will identify opportunities to grow parts and service sales, conduct machine inspections and provide health recommendations, and support customers through deliveries and aftersales care.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, account management or product support.
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in construction/earthmoving machinery.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while managing a structured territory and customer base.
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Managing an assigned customer portfolio and call cycle across your territory.
• Identifying opportunities to increase parts and service sales.
• Conducting machine inspections and providing customers with equipment health recommendations.
• Preparing and following up parts and service quotations.
• Promoting service agreements, preventative maintenance and aftermarket support solutions.
• Supporting customers through equipment deliveries and ongoing aftersales care.
• Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure outstanding customer service.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and opportunities within CRM systems.
