Job summary

Weploy is seeking a friendly Customer Service Consultant in Braeside, VIC, to support a well-established waste management team. The role is a 2-month contract with an immediate start, based in the office from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, handling inbound calls and emails, bookings and invoices.

Ideal candidates will have customer service or call centre experience, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call centre.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Confidence handling inbound calls and managing customer enquiries.
• Strong email writing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Good attention to detail, particularly when reviewing invoices and customer information.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn new systems quickly.
• Proactive approach, strong work ethic and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Assist customers with waste collection bookings and service requests.
• Manage enquiries relating to missed bin collections and waste services.
• Investigate and respond to invoice queries and discrepancies.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Use internal systems to update customer information and manage service requests.
• Ensure all customer enquiries are handled efficiently and accurately.
