Job summary

Weploy is seeking a friendly Customer Service Consultant in Braeside, VIC, to support a well-established waste management team. The role is a 2-month contract with an immediate start, based in the office from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, handling inbound calls and emails, bookings and invoices.

Ideal candidates will have customer service or call centre experience, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

About the Opportunity

We're looking for a friendly, adaptable and customer-focused Customer Service Consultant to join a well-established team within the waste management industry.

Based in Braeside, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with general enquiries, waste collection bookings, invoice queries and service-related requests.

This is an initial 2-month contract, ideal for someone looking for an immediate opportunity to utilise their customer service skills within a supportive and collaborative team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Responding to inbound customer enquiries via phone and email.

• Assisting customers with waste collection bookings and service requests.

• Managing enquiries relating to missed bin collections and waste services.

• Investigating and responding to invoice queries and discrepancies.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is reliable, switched-on and brings a positive attitude to the team.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment.

Desirable experience:

• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics.

• Experience using phone systems such as 8x8.

• Previous experience in administration, billing or service-based industries.

What's on Offer?

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.

• $37.58 per hour + superannuation

• Initial 2-month contract.
