Job summary

REMONDIS Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our ETS team in Blayney NSW on a 12 Month Max-Term contract. You’ll handle inquiries from resident, business and council customers, resolving issues and delivering timely solutions across multiple internal teams.

You’ll work to raise work orders, assist with onboarding, follow driver requirements and maintain strong customer relationships. Salesforce experience is a plus in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with business customers and SLAs.
• Salesforce experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a busy, supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues by coordinating with multiple teams to deliver outcomes.
