Weploy in Braeside, VIC, is seeking a friendly Customer Service Consultant to be the first point of contact for customers in the waste management sector. You will handle general enquiries, bookings, and invoice queries from a base in Braeside, working Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.

This is an initial 2-month contract with immediate start, offering a collaborative team environment and the chance to apply your customer service skills using familiar CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call centre environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence handling inbound calls and managing enquiries.
• Strong email writing ability; communicate clearly and professionally.
• Good attention to detail when reviewing invoices and customer information.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn new systems quickly.
• Proactive approach, strong work ethic and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Assist customers with waste collection bookings and service requests.
• Manage enquiries regarding missed bin collections and waste services.
• Investigate and respond to invoice queries and discrepancies.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Update customer information and manage service requests in internal systems.
• Ensure all customer enquiries are handled efficiently and accurately.
