Job summary

Pathway Talent is partnering with New Horizons to recruit a Business Development Specialist based in North Ryde. This permanent full-time role focuses on growing SIL, in-home NDIS and icare services, through proactive lead generation, referrals and market development.

You’ll build partnerships with coordinators, discharge teams and allied health professionals, manage opportunities from enquiry to service commencement, and keep CRM records up to date while delivering against growth targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development or sales with a proven lead generation track record.
• NDIS sector knowledge, including SIL and in-home supports.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Existing referral network within disability sector would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through outbound calls, networking and targeted outreach.
• Develop referral partnerships with coordinators, case managers, allied health professionals and discharge teams.
• Identify and convert opportunities across SIL, in-home supports and icare services.
• Promote SIL vacancies and new properties to prospective customers, families and referral partners.
• Understand goals, support needs and service requirements to identify suitable options.
• Coordinate with operations to confirm service capacity and ratios.
• Arrange introductions, meetings and property inspections, with follow-up.
• Manage opportunities from enquiry through onboarding and service commencement.
• Maintain CRM records and report on pipeline activity, referrals and conversions.
• Deliver against growth targets and identify opportunities to expand service reach.
