Peritia Care Services is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to accelerate growth within the NDIS sector. You will leverage an established disability-industry network to secure referrals, build strategic partnerships and convert opportunities into measurable outcomes.

The role demands deep understanding of the NDIS framework, stakeholder engagement across coordinators, plan managers, providers and community groups, and a track record of delivering revenue growth.

Formación

• Extensive business development experience within the NDIS or disability services industry.
• Established network of industry contacts and referral relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
• Leverage an established network of NDIS and disability sector contacts to generate qualified leads and new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with support coordinators, plan managers, allied health professionals, hospitals and community organisations.
• Identify and pursue new referral channels, strategic partnerships and opportunities to expand service reach.
• Convert opportunities into sustainable participant referrals and service engagements.
• Maintain a strong business development pipeline and manage leads to maximise conversion.
