Job summary

Nurturing Home Care in Springwood, QLD, seeks an Experienced NDIS Business Development Manager to drive growth in aged and disability support. Based full-time, you will identify opportunities, build partnerships and develop revenue streams to extend community reach.

You will lead strategic plans, manage stakeholder relationships and create compelling proposals, while aligning operations and service delivery with client expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development within aged care, disability support or community services

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and pursue new opportunities within aged and disability support
• Develop and implement growth plans to expand services
• Build and maintain relationships with government, referral partners and community organisations
• Prepare compelling business proposals and pitches to clients and partners
• Conduct market research to inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate with operations to align service delivery with commitments
• Develop marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness
• Monitor BD activities, pipeline and performance metrics
• Negotiate contracts to secure favourable outcomes
• Contribute to policies and processes supporting sustainable growth
