Job summary

Nurturing Home Care is seeking an Experienced NDIS Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in aged and disability support services. Based in Springwood, QLD, you will identify market opportunities, build partnerships and develop sustainable revenue streams to extend our reach and impact in the community.

You will lead strategic business development, manage key stakeholders, and drive growth while upholding our compassionate, person-centred mission.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in business development in aged care or disability services.
• 5+ years in NDIS sales or account management roles.
• Strong understanding of funding models and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management.
• Ability to develop strategic business plans and drive growth targets.
• Commercial acumen including pricing and contracts.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to present business cases.
• Organised with solid project management; able to handle multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within aged and disability support.
• Develop and implement growth plans to expand services.
• Build relationships with government, referral partners, and clients.
• Prepare compelling proposals and pitches for partners.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis for strategy.
• Coordinate with operations to align service delivery with commitments.
• Develop marketing strategies to raise brand visibility.
• Monitor pipeline and performance metrics; report progress.
• Negotiate contracts to secure favourable terms and outcomes.
• Contribute to policies and processes that support sustainable growth.
