Job summary

Home Caring is seeking a proactive NDIS Growth Manager to lead market access for SIL, SDA and Community Supports across NSW, VIC and QLD. You will own the vacancy pipeline, cultivate Support Coordinator relationships and drive region revenue toward budget targets.

You will manage referrals, coordinate with regional teams, and ensure compliant onboarding with NDIS standards while expanding the Home Caring footprint in a client-centred care model.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in NDIS SIL, SDA or disability accommodation roles.
• Experience in intake, vacancy management, business development or coordination.
• Experience with NDIS community supports is highly regarded.
• Strong knowledge of SIL and SDA funding and design categories.
• Proven ability to build and own key relationships with Support Coordinators and referral groups.

Responsibilities

• Fill SIL and SDA vacancies across key regions from enquiry to move-in, qualifying funding and SDA eligibility.
• Build and own relationships with Support Coordinators and referral groups to generate SIL/SDA referrals.
• Grow NDIS community supports leads and route them to the appropriate region the same business day.
• Drive region topline revenue and support teams to meet budget targets.
• Coach regional teams on referral networks, events and community engagement.
• Manage CRM data accuracy, updates and reporting on placements and outcomes.
