Job summary

Hisense Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Customer Service & Parts Coordinator (Full-time Casual) to manage spare parts requests and related issues. You will liaise with Service Agents, maintain CRM records, and ensure parts are dispatched efficiently via SAP, while keeping customers informed throughout the process.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in customer service or spare parts, with a basic understanding of parts or appliance components and strong written and verbal communication

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience in Customer Service or Spare Parts related role.
• Basic technical understanding of spare parts or appliance components (preferred).
• Customer service focus across channels (written, phone, in person).
• Clear and concise communication, adaptable to audience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Service Agents to ensure parts availability for service jobs.
• Maintain service orders in CRM and dispatch through SAP.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of service orders.
• Recommend required parts and provide cost information to customers or store.
• Notify Service Agents and Customer Care when back-ordered parts arrive.
• Issue credit notices to customers when parts are refunded.
• Role may evolve to meet company objectives.
